1．第三国出口文件出具国：马来/印尼/孟加拉/中东等文件，可办理大使馆加签文件。
2.中国头程到马来西亚或新加坡二程中转柜到美国，欧盟，墨西哥，土耳其，委内瑞拉，南非及巴西阿根廷等南美国家。
3.正本文件出具时间为二程船开航后一周内，约定费用可在中转后确认正本文件后付款。
